The cold plunge is used by guests after the herbal steam sauna, Muay Thai or gym training, a hot day outside, or simply because they want to cool down.
Many guests combine the ice bath with Evergreen's herbal steam sauna, moving between warm steam, cold water and time resting by the pool or in the garden.
The ice bath is inside Evergreen Spa's Rawai garden, with the swimming pool, showers, lockers and herbal steam sauna nearby.

Your 200 THB entry includes access to both the herbal steam sauna and ice bath, along with the swimming pool, showers and lockers. For a private ice bath, ice is charged separately at 30 THB per bag, with most setups using around 8–10 bags.
You can visit for the sauna, reserve a private ice bath, or choose to use both services during the same visit. There is no separate contrast-therapy package.
